The increasing pain can occur between three to  five years or eight to twelve years. Increasing pains are usually tested  in the legs usually in calves, in the sector in front of thighs and  behind the knees. The pain begins the afternoon or the night, right  before the hour of sleeping. The child can go to the bed pain freely,  but can awake in the middle of complaining about night of the pain of  palpitation in the legs. But the good portion is that these pains  disappear per morning. Approximately twenty-five to forty percent of the  children are known to test to raise the pain.</p>

<p>Increasing pains are  tested in the area of muscle and not around the bones or of the  articulations. One of the primary reasons to obtain increasing pains is  because of the hard activities of the children during the day. All to  jump it around, run and rise make the tired muscles. But one gathered no  obviousness which can show that the increasing pain is caused by growth  of bone. Increasing pains are also known to be caused by gushing of  growth. This occurs because tendons or the muscles are tightened too  much and do not synchronize with the breeding of the bones. Consequently  one causes spasms of a muscle which last during less than fifteen  minutes.</p>
<p>The child obtains  usually the pain in two legs and not simply. And usually, the increasing  pains do not obtain accompanied with redness, swelling or the fever.  The pain should be finished per morning and if it always persists after  the alarm clock of the child, the problem could be related to other  thing and more serious.</p>
<p>The children can  prevent the increasing pains by making systematically extending  exercises. The exercise does not need to be complex. Even if the pain  drops, the exercise should be continued in order to keep the tendons and  muscles relaxed and to adjust them with the gushing of growth. The  fluids, when good sunken quantity, decrease the restriction. For this  reason, the child should be given tonic water or quinine before going to  the bed.</p>
